- Where are your products made?
All products are made in India, and shipped using delivery partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery.
- Do you ship products outside of India?
Yes, our products are available outside India. To ship them overseas, go to our Etsy store and check out our collection. Please keep in mind, because we use a different vendor for printing items to be sent overseas, there may be minor differences in sizes and quality, as compared to products sold through this website.
- How is the design printed on t-shirts and hoodies?
We work with a vendor that uses DTG (Direct-To-Garment) to apply the ink and then heat press it onto the fabric. This enables high-quality, detailed prints that are more reliable.
- Where are the designs inspired from?
All our designs are inspired from images, videos and/or commentary that we have spotted on TV, social media or cricket websites. We do not use any photos directly, but work with an artist to come up with an illustration from our point of view.
Having said that, if we end up using one of your photos as inspiration without asking you, please reach out and we would happy to work with you to make it right for you.
- What if the product has an odor or has marks/stains on it?
While DTG technique of printing is great for quality, occasionally, this might leave a stain or mark on the t-shirt particularly around the artwork. Also, the pre-treatment liquid used for DTG can leave a temporary smell. A single wash with cold water will easily take care of either of these issues.
- Should I wash the products before I wear them?
Each product goes through a full process of printing, quality checks, storing and then shipping before it gets to you. Since it has touched gone through these steps, we do recommend washing the product before putting it to use to be extra safe.
- What if I ordered the wrong size or the wrong product?
You can follow the return process listed below to order the right product/size.
- What if I want to return the product?
We accept returns within 5 days of receipt of the product(s). This can be initiated by emailing products@freehitgear.com. Please note, you will need to pay a charge of Rs. 200 for returns. See the full return policy here.
- What if the product is received in damaged state?
To file a claim for a damaged or defective product, please email us at products@freehitgear.com with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will reprint and ship a new product to you as soon as possible.
- Can I get emails for new products or offers?

- If I have a design suggestion for a t-shirt, can I email it to you?
Indeed! Freehit Gear was born out of the love for the game of Cricket and if you can think of other moments which deserve to be celebrated, we are all for it. Please send your suggestions to products@freehitgear.com, and if we like the idea, we will send you a free t-shirt with the design on it!
